April 27th, 2017 our company successfully accomplished stand testing of hot water heater WB-1500. The boiler was manufactured 100% in Russia at one of the most old Russian boiler manufacturing plants “DKM”. We are happy to introduce very efficient, forgiving to high moisture content boiler system. This type of boilers you truly can and must install as an addition to existing hot water supply stations as well as stand-alone project for all kind of wood waste processing. It shall be noted here that you do have an option to add to your classical fuel the peat, coal, shucks, waste from chicken farms and the bark from wood waste dumps. Our boiler is protected with 2 American patents and one Russian. Our American colleagues were very appreciative with the results of firing which we have achieved as well as with few modifications which we made to be able to accommodate very wet Russian fuel. The video clips which we are referring to just demonstrating regular fuel MCWB as 53,8% and the local lab did confirm that fact. Please note that technically speaking the boilers’ cell is in fact proven Wellons USA design which can insure very good wet fuel utilization. We already received an RTN certification for the boiler systems below or equal 100C. The boiler passport is available too.
Our boilers cost not more than any other boiler system at the RF market. The boiler installation process is very simple and any customer would be able utilizing local workers to put up the system in a couple weeks only. All manuals incl video instructions are available.
Few important items to draw your attention to:
- One cell would be able to make of up to 9MW/th of hot water. In case if more capacity is required we will increase amount of cells (max 6 pcs).
- Main demand at the market is 4-5MW boiler systems. The cost for these models we also can easily provide upon the request but it definitely would not be by times more expensive as it will remain a reasonable step of price increase. We already know that here we will have a substantial advantage in front of our very respectful competitors from Europe and we will be at least 40% less expensive than others without losing quality of equipment.
- Production time: from the advance to the date of delivery 4 months max. In some cases this time frame can be shorten.

- Prime cost of our HWH: It is worth to mention here that cost of production ended up being slightly higher than what we would have planned. The main reason why it did happen the fact that our sub suppliers of motors, screws, fans etc were all manufactures with proven records of successful projects and with very good quality of their stuff. Hopefully you would agree that even 2MW capacity boiler deserve to be running trouble-free many years. We also soon would be able to provide voluntary quality certificate of all devices and parts of the system.
- You are very welcome to come and see boiler in operation at any given time of a day. This is only 4 hour drive from Moscow. We are offering not only HWH but also steam and co-gen boilers made in Russia. W-RU has a good grasp of Wellons production technology which has American patents and W-RU also got one for the RF territory securing WSellons technology.
